Meet the Team

Jeff is a born craftsman and has been running the Calgary-based family business for 29 years. His focus is on his customers and the Metrik team, and he's driven by the satisfaction that comes from creating homes and spaces that blend precision, practicality, and beauty. Jeff provides hands-on management for every project, coordinating the best tradespeople and materials, and maintaining close communication with clients. Jeff is happily married with three on-the-go, almost-adult sons. Jeff lives in one of those Classic 60s Calgary bungalows that he dreams of one day renovating!
Jory is Metrik's incomparable Lead Carpenter, Finishing Carpenter, and Site Supervisor. 'I'm a dedicated carpenter with a passion for building things that last. From framing homes to detailed finish work, I take pride in every aspect of the job and believe in doing it right the first time. With years of hands-on experience, I've built my career on hard work, precision, and a true love for the craft. When I'm not on site, I'm all about family. I love spending time with my wife and three kids. We're always finding way to enjoy the outdoors - hiking, skiing, and going on bike rides. Whether we're out on the trails or working on a weekend project at home, time together is what matters most.'
Will is Metrik's Carpenter Extraordinaire, invaluable Safety Officer, and Gen Z Rep. 'I enjoy carpentry because it gives me a chance to work with my hands and create something tangible. There is a real sense of satisfaction in seeing the finished piece come together after putting in the time and effort. Along the way, I'm always learning new techniques and picking up skills that make each project better than the last. I like spending time outdoors, whether it's climbing, fishing, or just some yard work. I also really value quality time with family and friends. It's a chance to relax, catch up, and enjoy each other's company.'
Jeannette supports the admin side of our day-to-day operations to ensure that projects are organized, efficient, and on track. ‘Currently pursuing my MBA at UFred, I’m learning skills in leadership, finance, operations, and organizational strategy that I can apply at work with the growing Metrik team. My goal is to understand what makes teams healthy, be part of a workplace where people love to come to work and support each others’ growth, maintain meaningful and productive relationships with clients and trades, and continuously improve our systems and our clients’ projects’.
