Meet the Team

Jeff is a born craftsman and has been running the Calgary-based family business for more years than he would like to admit. His focus is on his customers and the Metrik team, and he's driven by the satisfaction that comes from creating homes that blend function and gorgeous design. Jeff provides hands-on management for every project, coordinating the best trades and materials, and maintaining close communication with clients. Jeff is married with three on-the-go, almost-adult sons. Fun fact - he lives in one of Calgary’s ubiquitous 60s bungalows that he dreams of one day renovating.
Jory is Metrik's incomparable lead carpenter and site supervisor ‘a dedicated carpenter with a passion for building things that last. From framing homes to detailed finish work, I take pride in every aspect of the job and believe in doing it right the first time. With years of hands-on experience, I've built my career on hard work, precision, and a true love for the craft. When I'm not on site, I'm all about family. I love spending time with my wife and three kids. We're always finding way to enjoy the outdoors - hiking, skiing, and going on bike rides. Whether we're out on the trails or working on a weekend project at home, time together is what matters most.'
Carpenter Extraordinaire, invaluable Safety Officer, and Metrik’s Gen Z Rep. 'I enjoy carpentry because it gives me a chance to work with my hands and create something tangible. There is a real sense of satisfaction in seeing the finished piece come together after putting in the time and effort. Along the way, I'm always learning new techniques and picking up skills that make each project better than the last. I like spending time outdoors, whether it's climbing, fishing, or just some yard work. I also really value quality time with family and friends. It's a chance to relax, catch up, and enjoy each other's company.'
Jeannette supports the administrative side of operations, helping keep projects organized and running smoothly. She is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Fredericton and enjoys building systems that support clear communication and efficient workflows. A strong advocate for healthy workplaces, Jeannette values teamwork and relationships with colleagues, clients, and trades. She loves learning and is always working to improve internal processes and the client experience.
