Custom Homes Built to Reflect You

Thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted, and made to last for generations.

Homes designed to grow with you.

At Metrik, we believe your home should be a reflection of who you are, a place where your values, lifestyle, and memories come to life. Building a custom home is a deeply personal journey, and we’re here to guide you through it with care, collaboration, and craftsmanship you can trust. From the first conversation to the final finish, we take the time to understand what matters most to you, so every detail feels intentional and every space feels like home.

As a family-owned business, we know what it means to build something that lasts. Since 1996, we’ve been creating custom homes that are as enduring as they are beautiful. Homes designed to grow with you, and to be loved for generations.

Our Home Building Process

1. Discovery & Design

We start by listening. In this phase, we get to know you, your lifestyle, and your vision for the home. We collaborate with top architects and designers to shape a plan that balances form, function, and feeling.

2. Planning & Permitting

Our team handles the details behind the scenes, from budgeting and scheduling to permits and approvals so you can move forward with confidence.

3. Construction

This is where your vision becomes reality. Our experienced builders and trusted trades bring precision, care, and craftsmanship to every stage of the build.

4. Final Walkthrough & Aftercare

We make sure every detail meets your expectations (and ours). We walk you through your new home and ensure you feel supported long after you’ve moved in.
