As a CEIP certified and Net Zero trained builder, Metrik provides options for energy savings, renewable energy upgrades, and advanced building science. Energy efficient homes are warmer, quieter and have lower utility bills. Depending on our customer’s choices and budget, many of our homes feature superior insulation and advanced heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, resulting in improved indoor air quality and a more comfortable living environment. The more energy efficient choices in a home, the greater the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint.

Our team handles the details behind the scenes, from budgeting and scheduling to permits and approvals so you can move forward with confidence.
3. Construction
This is where your vision becomes reality. Our experienced builders and trusted trades bring precision, care, and craftsmanship to every stage of the build.
4. Final Walkthrough & Aftercare
We make sure every detail meets your expectations (and ours). We walk you through your new home and ensure you feel supported long after you’ve moved in.
