How many homes does a homebuilder build? At Metrik, our small Calgary team builds two to three homes per year, so we can stay closely involved in every project.

Because of this, construction start dates are typically booked six to twelve months in advance. However, the planning phase can begin at any time.

The planning phase is when the project’s budget, plans (blueprints), and specifications are developed - sometimes referred to as pre-construction, the design phase, or the preliminary package.

The earlier we begin planning, the sooner a construction start date can be scheduled.

Does Metrik build homes or contract everything out?

We build our clients’ homes.
